Data prep for ENDF/B-8

ENDF/B-8 data has a nested directory structure which our data preparation script does not account for. This could be addressed by adding another line in the installation docs, i.e., instead of having /path/*.ace we would have /path/*/*.ace in the case of ENDF/B-8
