Report Listings

Just a suggestion for a couple of new methods for the Ercot API:
To list all reports available for both Public and Private reports.

I know the Public Report listing can be obtained from https://api.ercot.com/api/public-reports. Not sure about the Private Reports.

Anyway, it would be a nice feature to allow users to obtain these listings.
