Hey, love the addon! Is there any way to view the Red Unsafe items? Many of them is not viewable. It would be awesome if upcomming patch items was viewable. Thanks!

You can press the query server button at the bottom of the window to get the item info from the server, if it's still red that means the server don't "know" the item and then the addon can't display them.

Think of it as you are trying to touch an apple at the store, you got a picture of the apple but the store don't actually have any apples. You can't touch something the store don't actually have even if the picture (addon) shows the apple for you.
