Filenames containing two IDs will send the message twice

E.g:

```
06/04/2017 05:46:48 PM Filename /Wolf/wolf-txm-operando-/REDACTED_CC1 is VALID
06/04/2017 05:46:48 PM Sending note to ['Mark', 'Mark'](['REDACTED', 'REDACTED'])

```

Solution:
`.pop()` the user information before returning to the iteration so the same user can not be identified twice.
