Reduce page width across CWE weakness web pages

Usability experts suggest that page width be limited to 50 -70 characters per line for readability purposes. Many current CWE pages, including the CWE weakness pages themselves do not limit line width and span across the entire page. There have been many comments in the past about CWE being a "wall of text." One usability improvement that could be an easy win might be to implement a page width limit across all CWE web pages, specifically the CWE weakness entries themselves.
