Remove View ID and Category ID from CWE web pages

When selecting a CWE View or Category and viewing the associated web page, the View ID or Category ID is the very first item displayed under the title. This piece of data is probably not useful for most CWE consumers outside of being used as a short name for a CWE View or possibly a Category. It could also have the negative effect of giving CWE users and ID that they might try to map within a root cause mapping exercise.

Previous UEWG meeting discussions suggested that this ID should probably be removed from the web pages (for both Views and Categories). The ID would still be used within the CWE URL, but removing from the web page could prevent some accidental mappings and would free up screen real estate for other more important CWE information.

Might also make sense to remove the Vulnerability Mapping item at the top of these pages once the ID is removed.
