NAME: Modify CWE-1021 to be a ChildOf CWE-693

DESCRIPTION:

This CWE should be ChildOf of CWE-693 as 693 existed long before and many
Iframe clickjacking attacks are categorized as 693.

When implementing automatic categorization of CWEs and relationships
between them, some attacks get mis categorized because 1021 and 693 are
unrelated.
