Internal server error #220

Hello,
I am new and excited to try HydroDesktop to locate data for my science project.
But even the easiest thing doesn´t seem to work, namely the search of streamflow data as described in the tutorial on jacob´s well.
Clicking the search button doesn´t return timeseries, but the message :(500) Internal Server Error.
and so on ..
I couldn´t find anything on the web that would explain this. I tried to find similar issues addressed in this forum, but nothing..
Hopefully someone can reply to this issue..
