Restoring the SPI Took Away the Charging Indicator Light

Title says it all. I replaced my sticks with TMR ones and followed a guide on calibrating them for PC use. However, after doing so, the charging indicator no longer works, fortunately it is charging, but it would be nice to have that back. Restoring original SPI unfortunately did not bring it back. Is there a way to get back on?
