File missing from data download

Dear authors,

There is at least one file missing from the data download you suggest.

After applying my suggested changes (#1), when I try to run your example code:

python preprocess.py -c ./configure/osmFISH_Zeisel.yaml

I get the following error:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: './data/w_osmFISH_Zeisel_magic_fold1.pkl'
