Code for creating pkl files

Dear authors,

I was trying to use the DeepPPISP's web server to predict some sequences(around 500 sequences). However, only 5 sequences are allowed to be uploaded, so the alternative is to use the source code to perform the prediction.

In order to run predict.py, features should be converted into pkl format and put in data_cacha/, but the code for that seems missing. Could you please share the code for feature computation/conversion as well?

Please change the name of the folder “data_cacha” to "data_cache".

how to generate the pickle file, for example, how to generate the all_dset_list.pkl file, could you provide this part of the code?
