Chromosome Length Issue #99
Description
Software Version: 3.3.3
After the software automatically renamed the chromosomes of the genome, I noticed that the length of chr_92 is 47,729 bp.
However, in the intact_LTR.list file, the positional information exceeds 1.7 Mb.
Aside from the chr_name.map file, is there another ID mapping relationship used in the analysis?
