reset folder

Dear,
i have used your program with this command : 
```
singularity run -B /scratch/users/frouinj:/scratch/users/frouinj /scratch/projects/agap/kitaake/HiTE.sif python /HiTE/main.py \
  --genome /scratch/users/frouinj/genome.fna \
  --thread 10 \
  --out_dir /scratch/users/frouinj/
```

unfortunetly all my scratch have been clean :( why ? and it's can be usefull to warn
