[Feature] Add 404 pages to all the subdomains #11
Description
Motivation behind the feature and what it will do
The current subdomains have no 404 pages, so it would be nice to have a themed 404 page for each subdomain.
Which part of the application will this feature be for?
The static sites (Frosh, Tech Fair, Mountain Madness and Fall Hacks).
Code changes
Minimal changes, just static HTML pages.
Additional context
I'll let the person who works on this decide the design :)
