What a wonderful tool for spatial data!
Sadly I met a series of errors when using cc.pl.plot_boundaries, and I noticed that you are updating 'plot_boundaries()', I am curious about when can you upload the next version?

Hi @EddieLv, I uploaded the new version of CellCharter (v.0.2.1).
The plot_boundaries function should work now, even though the cells that do not belong to any component will appear with a random color.

As soon as spatialdata-plot releases the next version with my proposed fix, those cells will appear in gray as expected.
