Detail overrides in readme (e.g., ecmaVersion) #4
Description
The current ESLint configuration in this repo has "parserOptions": { "ecmaVersion": 2018 }.
To use new language features this could be updated to "ecmaVersion": 2021.
Also, it may be useful to enable es2021 globals: "env": {"node": true, "es2021": true}.
These options are described here.
The readme could be updated to provide details about what settings users may want to override for their projects and how to do it.
