how to set up a ganglia moniter and gmetad

HI:
Sorry to bother you.
I tried to ultilize the function of ganglia on commnunity server. But I couldn't fingure out how ?
I modified the commnuity.conf file to set the ganglia server ip and port , Then , I installed ganglia and gmetad 3.1.7 on Ubuntu. But I didn't know how to modify the gmond.conf file to use the function.
I also caught some pakages by wireshark. Commnunity Server send the right message, But how to recieve it ??

I think ganglia changed packet format between the 3.0.x and 3.1.x versions.

I know it works with version 3.0.5 but it might work with 3.0.7 as well.
