Instance link appears in UI before the instance is ready to be opened. 

The url appears in the UI "split second" before it is ready to be opened. Between this time if you open the url, you get 502. (This is for docker driver based instances). And this appears only sometimes - One such case is when there are more packages installed by user when preparing the instance.
