After I transferred the files from the archive to a clean build, it displays an error.

Judging by the files, you are trying to install NextClient over some pirated client. This will not work, this is stated in the instructions.

I may be mistaken about the pirated client. You should take the files from the folder as specified in the instructions. The SteamCMD option has not been tested, so no guidance can be provided for it.
