User Story
As a user, I want to be greeted whenever I login to SAIO
- Persona: A user who wants to be greeted
- Feature: Welcome banner, account functionality
- Business Value: Users will be happy when greeted and to have account functions
Tasks:
- Create a React element to contain the welcome message
- Create a react element to contain account changes
- Update account button
- Delete account button
Acceptance criteria:
- The home page is no longer "under construction" and has welcome banner and account controls
