sux does not appear to be properly linked into this repository

The Sux directory is empty when cloning this repo with "git clone".
I manually cloned what I assume was supposed to be linked: https://github.com/foudrer/Sux
I had to remove test*.cpp from Sux.

Hi @cfblaeb,

Thanks for reporting this! In fact, we've moved away from the rank9sel implementation of Sux, so we should probably clean up the repo to remove that subdirectory anyway. Once we've cleaned this up we'll report back here to close the issue.
