Move to a larger, more robust backup site #73
Description
Problem
Currently, we are backing up data to Sharepoint, which has a low storage limit (I've heard 2 GB but also 1 TB, not sure which it is).
Proposed Solution
We should instead back up to the recommended LIACS backup system, Sharepoint or another cloud provider.
Additionally, we can improve backup efficiency by using more purpose-built tools, e.g.
- For PG data: something like pgBackRest or pgbackweb
- For user uploads: borg backup or other solutions specifically meant for incremental, mostly appending of binary files
Acceptance Criteria
- The new backup site has at least 1 TB of storage
- We have investigated using the more efficient, purpose-built backup solutions
