Can you write a more serious README??

First, your should add LICENSE.
Second, make your description more detailed.
Third, can you write a simple installed instruction?
Fourth, you code organize is really chaos(like test file should in test folder).

Maybe you should consideration my suggestions and fix it! @chongg039
