Sci2 2... CSV reader is not working correctly

Sci2 2.... runs on Java LTS release (8.1)

Running sci2 student gets when trying to load a CSV:
Load... was selected.

The chosen file is not compatible with this format.  Check that your file is correctly formatted or try another validator.  The reason is: au/com/bytecode/opencsv/CSVReader​

Issue is not present in Sci2v1.3.
