Update cpr components to output triples and (optionally) insert into SPARQL endpoint

The rpz2cpr and geist components will be used as part of the Whole Tale recorded run feature. For Whole Tale, we've decided to model as RDF instead of Prolog as currently implemented. We assume that each "tale" will have a local blazegraph DB containing the output of the CPR processes. This means that we'll need to :

• Update CPR components to output triples
• Support optional insertion into SPARQL endpoint
