Scoping for TS-115

On October 24th, the expert drafting team discussed the overall approach, and it was agreed by the members to focus on a prioritized subset of object definitions/templates to meet the December timeframe. The following objects were identified :

Digital Credential
Issuer / Issuer Role
Holder / Holder Role
Decentralized Identifier
Verifier / Verifier Role
Credential Format
Credential Proof

The minimum viable set for delivery (.i.e., Top 3) are Digital Credential, Issuer/Issuer Role, and Holder/Holder Role.

And adjust the build script to generate the deliverable

@trbouma - while a broader question about how to trust objects like Holder components, etc. I believe that we should be adding a few more to the priority list since they represent parts of the top level components (i.e., Holder, Verifier, Issuer).

Maybe we want to add (in no order of importance):

• Storage
• Holder Binding
• Signature
• Credential Exchange
• Cryptographic Proof
