Harvesting Kit is a series of scripts and modules that mainly focuses on conversion from publisher NLM/JATS etc. XML formats to MARCXML format. It is used in production for INSPIRE-HEP and SCOAP3 repositories.

This new release introduces some major new packages for INSPIRE and CDS conversion as well as bugfixes for existing packages. This also backports BibRecord from Invenio for compatibility with the new package (temporary measure).

Harvesting Kit is a series of scripts and modules that mainly focuses on conversion from publisher NLM/JATS etc. XML formats to MARCXML format. It is used in production for INSPIRE-HEP and SCOAP3 repositories.

The main feature of this release is that Invenio is not required to use the library. There are still many leaps and bounds to go before a full Invenio disentanglement is a reality and many structural changes are going to happen in the near future.

This is a pre-release as it is not considered fully stable yet.
