• Redump them and migrate with a new stream

• Run post-migration tasks

During post-processing video files, one record failed to publish. (MergeConflictError)

• Around 2.5k records has duplicated chapter timestamps in the description, Fix them

• We have some celery task errored (checked with metadata, frames and transcoding tasks) records:
