Select and stand up an artifactory for storage of our QEMU/VirtualBox images #30
Description
We need somewhere to store our images, as they will end up being too large for GitHub.
Acceptance criteria:
- Determine which artifactory to install. Use this document for guidance.
- Determine whether to host this at Skylight or at the CDC.
- Create the proper terraform in the dibbs-cloud repo for installing and managing the artifactory and the storage location.
- Determine retention policies.
