some UI partsnot merged yet we need merged as latest version

I found some small parts of UI adjustment was not been merged to ISSUE-14.
So we can merge all our updates together today's afternoon.
I will update to my branch "Albert" first and later we can talk about it today afternoon.

these update including:

1. dashboard guide text adjustment
2. R algorithm folder update (to 2015-5-31) --- so you can use 2015-06 as begin period. but so far for plan forward part only support select 2015-06 as begin period.
3. added import & export function are located in api/modules/Importmodules.js
4. add a separate folder "R/log" to record all R computation events
5. compare.html chart title text size, bold adjusted.
