When to save? should confirm with click save button, not just R returns. Please confirm!!

For "Save" function, we need to confirm the time for save. I think we should save scenario to db when we click save button, not just after R returns, because db should contain confirmed scenario information and R returns may include so many unnecessary scenarios just for studying or testing.
