Bug: Test run produces both `output` and `results` directory

Describe the bug
Need to collapse outputs into a single results directory, to avoid confusion with the --outputs flag when setting up an analysis rune

To Reproduce
Basic run similar to:

./bin/sinclair run -profile test -resume --mode slurm

Current test run produces expected output .html and .rds files in output, while the results directory only contains a the pipeline_info directory.

Expected behavior
No outcomes containing a output directory. All expected files produced by the workflow should be in the results directory.

Digging looks like this is isolated to the test profiles in ./conf/test*.config. Will also need to confirm by running a non-test dataset
