Add multi-language support

We want to provide an english and a german version of our website.
The default language will be set by the system locale of the user and should be selectable on every page.

Our Jekyll theme already has some kind of language support and offers translations for static page elements.
There is a promising Jekyll plugin that allows multi language page and post definitions.
