isOa returns different results at different times?

Hi, thanks very much for putting this package together.

It seems there is an issue with the boolean returned by
pubmed.isOa(ID)

I was testing this and seeing the same result from
pubmed.fullText(ID)
meaning I either get the full text or I don't, consistently, but the results of the boolean change.

Any ideas?

That's interesting ... can you tell me what papers you're looking at (IDs)?
The most likely cause of an inconsistent result is something external - either the network, or something on NCBI's end. I wonder if you've obtained a api key - maybe requesting a bunch of times quickly is causing it?
