eslint 9.14.0 설치 과정에서 발생한 의존성 오류 기록
typescript-eslint 라이브러리와 의존성 문제 발생함
<문제>
✘ typescript-eslint@npm:8.10.0 [67bcc] doesn't provide eslint to @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin@npm:8.10.0 [b789a] and 3 other dependencies

<해결>
eslint 버전을 낮춰 v8로 eslintrc 파일로 작성하는 방법과 기존 eslint.config.js파일 수정 중 고민

The version range of ESLint currently supported is ^8.57.0 || ^9.0.0. 내용을 통해 eslint 버전을 9.0.0으로 낮춤
