Clarification on Surfdock Screening: Reference Ligands and Binding Pocket Selection

Thank you for your excellent work on Surfdock! I have a couple of questions regarding the screening process:

Does Surfdock screening require reference ligands, or is it possible to proceed without them?
Can the binding pocket be selected or defined using alternative methods?
