Request to upgrade code to Python3 #20
Description
This came up in a CAIDA sysadmin meeting that the code is written in depreciated Python2 and causes a few issues with user usage and maintaining/installing on newer servers.
On the behalf of the sysadmin team, we are requesting that the code be converted into a support version of Python3.
