bgpreader could not open resources message

When I went to the routeviews website, I can see the files there. But with bgpreader command bgpreader -t ribs -w 1667260800,1667260800 -A _32787_, I get the following errors.

2025-01-08 12:24:36 2278: bgpstream_transport.c:97: ERROR: Could not open resource (http://archive.routeviews.org/route-views.gixa/bgpdata/2022.08/RIBS/rib.20220801.0000.bz2)

I found it is only a problem with Routeviews collectors.
Also, when I specify a single file as a broker like this bgpreader -d singlefile -o upd-file=http://archive.routeviews.org/bgpdata/2023.03/RIBS/rib.20230301.0000.bz2 , it is working. It seems a problem with BGPStream broker.
