CAF_12050 - Data Processing Service UpdateRule - positive tests

Verify that the UpdateRule service calls works as expected

Test Steps

Using the Data Processing service perform an UpdateRule call, entering valid information and then check the Policy Workflow database

Expected Result

The UpdateRule call returns the expected results and the database is updated with the updated Rule
