CAF_12024 - Data Processing Service CreateRuleCondition - positive tests

Verify that the CreateRuleCondition service calls works as expected

Test Steps

Using the Data Processing service perform an CreateRuleCondition call, entering valid information and then check the Policy Workflow database

Expected Result

The CreateRuleCondition call returns the expected results and the database is updated with the new RuleCondition
