CAF_12020 - Data Processing Service UpdateAction - positive tests

Verify that the UpdateAction service calls works as expected

Test Steps

Using the Data Processing service perform an UpdateAction call, entering valid information and then check the Policy Workflow database

The UpdateAction call returns the expected results and the database is updated with the updated Action
