CAF_12014 - Data Processing Service DeleteAction - positive tests

Verify that the DeleteAction service calls works as expected

Test Steps

Using the Data Processing service perform an DeleteAction call, entering valid information and then check the Policy Workflow database

Expected Result

The DeleteAction call returns the expected results and the database is updated by deleting the Action
