Unclear configuration options in limited/unlimited P/N pools spin-up stages. #4
Description
In the run_cable.sh script, the configurations of stages 3 and 4 are unclear. In the description of the stages, it states that stage 3 runs with unlimited labile P and mineral N pools, and stage 4 runs with limited. In the actual execution of said stages, the namelist option
cable_user%limit_labile is set to .TRUE. for stage 3, and set to .FALSE. for stage 4, which seems contrary to the documented description of the stages. @mcuntz can you clarify that this is intended, and if not, which is the correct order?
