Missing files and port to other compute clusters using Slurm instead of

This configuration cannot work because there are some files missing such as cleanup.sh or the Python library cablepop used in merge_to_output2d.py.

I wanted to port it to another compute cluster to test it, using a new branch.
The cluster is also using the Slurm manager instead of PBS, which would have been a nice additional ressource for other users.

But I do not have the rights to write to the repository.

Not sure how I missed the cleanup.sh script. I'll add that to the configuration repo directly. Regarding the cablepop library, I'll leave it the CABLE repo for now, but it will probably become the start of an external repository of tools in the future.

Regarding the porting to Slurm, I'm not sure this is something we want within the repository as the intention is to host configurations to run on Gadi. Will discuss this with @ccarouge.

@mcuntz You should now have write access to the repo. Please feel free to add a branch for a version of the configuration for SLURM.
