Missing toggle for `l_terra_urb`

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Ecoclimap-SG as ilu_type

Expected Behavior

1. Select Ecoclimap-SG as ilu_type
2. Switch appearing to toggle l_terra_urb for a better parametrization of urban areas
3. l_terra_urb included in the JSON

Actual Behavior

1. Select Ecoclimap-SG as ilu_type
2. No switch appearing to toggle l_terra_urb

Additional Context

I tested manually adding the part "l_terra_urb": true in a request, which returned (hopefully complete) additional fields.
