Submission ahead of time #195
Description
To be able to not get stuck in the queue in some last step it is necessary to already submit ahead of time and specify the dependencies using SLURMS dependency options. We might need to adapt this in workgraph but since we have the dependency graph we can possibly just change append to the prepend text.
