Future improvements to the Sirocco CLI

Improvements for future PRs:

• sirocco prints the help message instead of an error (same for every subcommand)
• How to make the aiida setup transparent (e.g. starting daemon, or that we require rabbitmq for submit). We can assume that everything is setup for endusers but the error messages still need to be understandable if some setup failed.
• sirroco init: Sets config options, e.g.
  • safe_interval
  • interactively ask you for computer host names
• Print workdir of a task
• Print all workdirs of failed tasks (generally, filter by task status, traverse WG)
• Also provide endpoint for verdi dump (but possibly log file could cover most use cases)
