GTK4: Get Machines view working

I've sketched out something based around a GtkFixed widget for a canvas, but it's not working.

Progress: machines show up, machines can be added and dragged around, the grid view appears, the property window appears.

GtkFixed approach seems to work ok... zooming will need some thought.
