[1.21] Slow Replication Calculator progress in the after about 10k items

I am developing a pack as mentioned in #94, and when switching to beta, I noticed that the Replication Calculator was taking a very long time, from about 10k items to the end of all items, which makes using the mod annoying in the first 5-10 minutes of the pack. Is there anything I can do to speed up this “last mile” of calculation?

Having this exact same issue and came to check, because it's also resulting in my game completely de-syncing between the client and server side (singleplayer functions in the same way, which is also why LAN works because it just loops the server-client connection back to 127.0.0.1) and constantly cycling through every single core and pinning them all at 100% until interrupt, then going to a different CPU and repeating the cycle, driving my CPU temp up to 90C. I'm going to clone the repo and see if I can figure out what's causing it.

The issue appears to be, as mentioned in #82 the mod AE2 QoL Recipies, as when I removed the mod the issues I mentioned in my above post immediately went away. It's most likely due to the cyclical nature of the recipes it adds, since they're mostly just adding the ability to re-dye the dyed variants of most of the AE2 blocks.

Would likely have to remove AE2QoL. I removed it and immediately was able to play, but the slowdown was so bad that when I inserted creative memory it caused complete desync between the server and client, to the point that not even quit world would work, I would have to kill the game.
