Locking on tanks does not work. I locked a tank with a matter type. Emptied it by requesting items. Then it gets locked on empty and will not take any more inputs. Locking should make a tank only accept matter of the type it was locked to.

+1 this makes locking completely useless! As soon as a tank empties it becomes locked to no matter type and will refuse to fill...

I've noticed that when you lock the tank it says "Matter: Empty" instead of "Matter: 'whatever the matter is that's in the tank'" -- could that be why they forget? because the actual matter value didn't get assigned based on what's in the tank when you locked it?
